Mandate:

• To assist individuals with employment barriers to obtain and maintain employment enabling them to work in, and be active members of the community.

WASES assists people with employment barriers that may be physical, emotional, social etc.  These barriers often restrict individuals from gaining and maintaining employment on their own.

As more people are employed the whole community benefits.  WASES provides workshops for employees covering topics such as work place skills, accountability, and presentation.  WASES also provides similar services for employers in a more informal manner.  Topics range from motivational speakers to labour standards.
